Presbyterian Homes & Services – Optage Hospice is expanding to a community near YOU!  Our ideal candidate is not only passionate about Hospice and Palliative Care but also excited to be a foundational member in this opportunity to expand our mission to our greater Milwaukee area!  We are seeking a registered nurse to join our team as an RN Case Manager supporting the greater Milwaukee area communities.     In this position you will play a critical role in caring for older adults at the end of life - not only physically, but emotionally, socially, mentally, and spiritually.
