Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking an Interior Renovations Project Manager I to join their team at the Home Office in Roseville, MN.
The Interior Renovations Project Manager I independently manages multiple renovation projects of moderate scope and complexity from planning through closeout. Serving as the owner’s representative, this role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, manages project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and routine risks, and ensures projects are delivered in alignment with organizational objectives and established departmental standards.
The Project Manager l escalates significant issues to the Director of Renovations and contributes to the continuous improvement of PHS project management processes, standards, and documentation.
The Project Manager I reports to the Director of Renovations and works collaboratively with Interior Renovation Team staff, Site Leaders, general contractors, other vendors, and PHS functional leaders as required per the project’s scope of work. This position does not have formal responsibility for mentoring, supervising, or directing other project management staff.
