Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join the Home Office Finance team.
The Vice President of Finance provides enterprise leadership for financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, revenue cycle, cash forecasting, treasury coordination, and finance operations across Presbyterian Homes & Services and its affiliates. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position translates organizational strategy into disciplined financial execution; ensures timely, accurate, transparent, scalable, and compliant financial processes and information; and supports informed decision-making, financial sustainability, and long-term organizational growth. Accountability for the performance of the finance function as a whole rests with this position, which leads through subordinate leaders rather than through direct execution of the accounting cycle.
The Vice President of Finance leads a distributed accounting and revenue cycle function of approximately 35-40 employees, including controllers and assistant controllers, corporate accounting and financial reporting, accounts payable and disbursements, revenue cycle, billing, and receivables. The position sets direction, approves policy and methodology, resolves escalated and cross-entity matters, allocates resources and talent, and holds accountability to the Chief Financial Officer and Board for the performance of the function as a whole.
