Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is seeking a passionate and experienced Hospice Clinical Administrator to help revitalize and lead our Optage Hospice services in the greater Milwaukee area.

As the hospice Clinical Administrator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership and build upon a strong mission driven organization within PHS. This role is ideal for a leader who is energized by building high quality end of life care and play a key role in he development and expansion by developing high-performing teams, and establishing a culture rooted in faith, compassion, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance.
You will oversee all clinical operations, ensure exceptional patient and family experiences, and partner with organizational leaders to grow a sustainable, high-quality hospice service line.

The Clinical Administrator reports to the Optage Hospice Director or designee. The Clinical Administrator leads and supervises Hospice team members in collaboation with key stakeholders within PHS.
The Optage Hospice Clinical Administrator is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, evaluating and effectively directing the clinical staff and program in order to ensure the delivery of high quality resident care and services consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices:
