Join the Presbyterian Homes Foundation team as a Gift Planning Officer and foster a culture of generosity that advances the PHS mission in the Twin Cities area, beginning with a strong existing donor base and collaborative leadership. The position may office out of a Foundation Office in Stillwater, MN (Boutwells Landing), Apple Valley, MN (Orchard Path) and/or Hudson, WI (Woodland Hill).
Reporting Structure:
The Gift Planning Officer reports to the Vice President or a designate of the PHS Foundation and works collaboratively with PHS Management staff, Site Leaders, and functional directors of assigned areas of accountability.
The Gift Planning Officer is a development professional responsible for cultivating a culture of generosity by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors for major and planned gifts. This position plays a key role in securing transformational support for Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) by engaging residents, family members, and friends in charitable opportunities that align with their passions and the mission of PHS.
