Presbyterian Homes & Services - Optage is seeking a Home Health Clinical Administrator to join their team. The Clinical Administrator provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all clinical operations within the Home Health agency. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care that is effective, safe, and compliant with federal, state, and agency standards.
The Clinical Administrator serves as a key member of the leadership team, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and patientcentered care while achieving short and long-term operational goals and objectives for the site.
The Clinical Administrator oversees clinical processes, regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the effective functioning of specialty clinics and associated clinical staff.
