Presbyterian Homes & Services of Bloomington is seeking a Director of Nursing / Clinical Administrator to join our Assisted Living team leading the clinical operations of our 149 bed community. This position is opening due to a planned retirement in early November 2026. REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Clinical Administrator reports to the Housing Administrator and directly supervises all managers of clinical services which may include: Clinical Coordinators, Staffing Coordinator and Home Care Services Coordinator, as well as supervising all RNs, LPNs, Resident Assistants. The Clinical Administrator also oversees the use of contracted services for clinical care.
