Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our RAI/MDS team. This is a full-time, 0.8 FTE position.
This position would be primarily day shift hours (flexible if it still meets business needs), completed during a M-F work week (no weekends). No on-call requirement and job duties do not extend outside of MDS role.
You will support designated sites in this role, but are able to office at a PHS location convenient to you (provided there is office space available at that location).
The MDS Nurse is responsible for completing, coordinating, implementing and monitoring the comprehensive RAI-Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS) and corresponding assessments, and developing resident care plans consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
