Optage Hospice offers older adult patients, their families and caregivers the care, insight and guidance to live as fully and comfortably as possible. Our comprehensive program is designed to help our clients achieve the best quality of life, ensuring they receive loving care and respect. A customized, family-centered plan of care is developed for the clients and is updated continuously. The Music Therapist is responsible to coordinate and integrate a variety of large and small music therapy groups and individual music sessions for all functioning levels of residents and patients to help meet their social, intellectual, physical, spiritual and emotional needs.
