Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a full time Desktop Specialist for its Information Technology team.
We are looking for a driven IT Professional to help us provide support and service delivery for End User Services team within PHS IT, and throughout our enterprise.
This is an in-office position, based in Roseville, MN. The position requires travel (approximately 10%) to PHS communities as needed, including communities across the states of Iowa and Wisconsin.
The Desktop Specialist will based on requirements from PHS Management, regional operations and site leaders build, test, deploy and enhance appropriate End User Services solutions and systems. They will be responsible to break/fix of items including desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, fax machines, scanners, tablets and other components that make up the technology needs for PHS Staff. Ensure that the PHS End User Services team is meeting our Service Level Agreements for response and resolution times. This position will also be involved in setting our standard physical equipment and standard OS and application builds.
In a support role, in conjunction with the whole of PHS IT and in response to requirements from the other PHS groups, build, implement and support appropriate enterprise as well as local solutions in the following capacities (list is not all inclusive):
