Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Director to join its team. The purpose of this position is to “create smiles in the eyes of the people we serve” by fulfilling Presbyterian Homes & Services' (PHS) mission and operating philosophies.
This is a full-time position based in and supporting our Milwaukee communities.
Reporting Structure:
The Regional Sales and Marketing Director reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
The Regional Sales and Marketing Director works collaboratively with PHS Management staff, Site Leaders, and functional directors of assigned areas of accountability.
The Regional Sales and Marketing Director represents Presbyterian Homes & Services and its operating entities to the community at large in relation to the sales and marketing goals of the organization. This position is responsible for influencing, monitoring and coaching various sales and marketing team members throughout PHS continuums and divisions to meet organizational and missional standards.
