Overview

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Flagstone is seeking an Full time Admissions Coordinator for its team.  

 

SCHEDULE/HOURS:  Monday through Friday (regular business hours).

This is a full time benefit eligible position scheduled for 40 hours/week on site.

 

REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Admissions Coordinator reports directly to the Care Center Administrator. This position works closely with Campus Leadership Team members, Site Leaders, and Functional Work Group Members.

Responsibilities

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Care Center admissions processes to ensure successful occupancy in accordance with customer needs and operational goals as well as established best practices and procedures.

 

Qualifications

  • College degree in marketing, business, social work, gerontology or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience working with seniors and their families in senior housing, service or health care related environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in marketing, sales and community outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Team player willing to take direction and responsibility for meeting specified objectives.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $23.88 - $29.84 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
