Overview

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join the its team. This is a hybrid position with a minimum of three days on-site (Hamline Office, Roseville, MN). 

 

The Project Manager represents Presbyterian Homes & Services and Senior Housing Partners along with other operating entities to the community at large in relation to marketing goals of the organization. The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaign projects, strategies and activities.

 

REPORTING STRUCTURE
The Marketing Project Manager reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Communications. The Marketing Project Manager works collaboratively with PHS and SHP management staff, site leaders, and functional directors of assigned areas of accountability, along with internal and external partners and vendors.

 

Responsibilities

This position responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for marketing campaigns. Manage and plan projects through all stages including initial concepts, execution, and analysis. Define project requirements and scope; create and present solutions and campaigns to internal teams including scheduling project-related meeting, providing regular project updates, status updates (meetings and follow documentation), allocate tasks and responsibilities, following the project's progress and bypassing problems, double-checking project's deliverables, and delivering the final project to the client.
  • Develop and support strategies for marketing and content through web content, brand alignment, and an outreach plan to increase visibility, traffic, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content creation, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Negotiate deadlines, prepare project budgets, align resources, and track progress/status of each project. Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established timelines and milestones, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with marketing projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they align with PHS's, affiliates', or partnerships standards and objectives.
  • Oversee analytics and reporting on project performance. Ensures accountability by setting goals, monitoring performance, generating reports, analyze results, and leading digital problem solving for all functions across the continuum.
  • Act as key liaison between marketing communications team, other key departments, and vendors as it relates to marketing execution.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Optimize flow of information to foster a culture of accountability and transparency consistent with PHS brand while protecting confidential and protected information through the development and management of key policies and procedures.
  • Develop new systems and procedures with other project managers as needed and works continuously to improve current systems. Ensure proper education and development activities are in place to maintain and improve functions in coordination with other team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related field. Relevant certifications in project management, preferred.
  • 5+ years proven experience in marketing project management, with a track record of successful marketing campaign execution including digital, print and broadcast.
  • Experience in senior housing, service or health care related environments preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. Ability to project manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as prioritize and manage multiple tasks, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must have flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members, visitors, and the public.
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn & utilize department systems and workflows to help maintain critical data related to the work being produced by the department including but not limited to strategy, directives for work to be performed, timelines, content, archival of data, and the like.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and other common computerprograms. Familiarity with project management tools, marketing automation platforms, and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools, content management, social media, and analytic programs
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members toward project objectives. Must be a team player, willing to take direction and accept responsibility for meeting specified objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers

 

 

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $72,738 - $90,917 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
