Responsibilities

The Housing Director is responsible for managing the overall operations of their assigned site in order to assure high quality resident care while achieving short and long-term operational goals and objectives for the site.  Responsibilities include sales/marketing and building occupancy, managing the budget/financials, customer service and resident satisfaction, supervising the building engineer, and overall property management.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years experience in operational management, preferably in health care, housing or community service.
  • Sales and Marketing experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, staff development and management, resident and family support systems, community outreach.
  • Real estate agent preferred.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $66,186 - $82,722 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
