Presbyterian Homes & Services Home Office in Roseville, MN is seeking a Career Specialist for our team.
The New Americans in Long- Term Care (NALTC) Career Specialist will provide comprehensive career guidance and direct support to participants of the New Americans in LTC Program, helping them integrate in their long-term care careers and achieve their career goals at Presbyterian Homes and Services. This role will be responsible for actively carrying out activities necessary to put the new program into practice, including deploying a uniquely designed onboarding curriculum and training, positioning resources, career pathways mapping assistance, evaluating the program for continuous improvement and sustainability and supporting successful completion of deliverables.
This is a full-time, temporary grant-funded position anticipated to sunset in July 2026 and may be extended based on outcomes and/or additional funding.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
The New Americans in Long- Term Care Career Specialist reports directly to the New Americans in Long-Term Care Program Manager.
