Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services to join it's clinical team in supporting and improving clinical services across Eastern Wisconsin. This position encompasses a broad range of expertise in Assisted Living/Housing with Services. The primary purpose of this position is to provide consultative clinical support and technical guidance to Campus Administrators and Directors of Nursing at assigned sites in the region.
The Regional Director of Clinical Services reports directly to the Vice President of Clinical Services.
This full time, benefit eligible position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to work at the corporate level providing support for our clinical programs in our Assisted Living/Housing with Services communities. Candidates must be willing to travel to PHS sites regularly and the home office is in Roseville, MN.
The Regional Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the oversight of clinical aspects of Presbyterian Homes’ assisted living in the assigned region. The Regional Director of Clinical Services works collaboratively with PHS Management staff, campus administrators, clinical administrators, clinical staff within sites, outside agencies such as Department of Health, and functional directors of assigned areas of accountability.
