The Housing Director oversees the operations of a Senior Living Community. The Housing Director is responsible for managing the overall operations of their assigned site in order to assure high quality resident care while achieving short and long-term operational goals and objectives for the site.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Housing Diector reports to his/her assigned Regional Director of Operations, and directly supervises all site staff.

The Wellington offers independent senior living in Highland Park, a thriving urban neighborhood with nearby city services, recreation, shopping, churches and public transportation.
The Housing Director is responsible for managing the overall operations of their assigned site in order to assure high quality resident care while achieving short and long-term operational goals and objectives for the site. Responsibilities include sales/marketing and building occupancy, managing the budget/financials, customer service and resident satisfaction, supervising the building engineer, and overall property management.
