Overview

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking LPNs to join our Long Term Care & Short Term Rehab team at Langton Shores in Roseville, Minnesota. 

 

The shifts are 12-hour shifts working 6:30am-7:00pm OR 6:30pm - 7:00am. Additionally, we've added an 8-hour evening shift from 3:00-11:00pm and have a Work on Weekend (WOW) program, which includes a premium for working every weekend. 

 

 

Set on 14 acres in a residential area of Roseville, this community offers skilled nursing care in two types of settings—long-term living “neighborhoods” and short term rehab for shorter stays aimed at rehabilitation and recovery. Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
