We are seeking Full & Part Time Nursing Assistants ( Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Resident Assistant / NAR / Home Health Aide ) to join our team at Lake Minnetonka Shores in our Care Center / Long Term Care / Memory Care / Transitional Care and Assisted Living.

Available schedules in Assisted Living:

  • Part-time AM (6:30am-2:30pm, no weekends)
  • Part-time PM (2:30pm-10:30pm, weekends not required)
  • Full-time PM weekend package - work every weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) and get paid at time and a half for scheduled weekend shifts (2:30pm-10:30pm)
  • Part-time NOC (10:30pm-6:30pm)
  • Full-time NOC weekend package - work every weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) and get paid at time and a half for scheduled weekend shifts (10:30pm-6:30pm)

Available schedules in Long Term Care:

  • Full-time and part-time AM (6am-2pm)
  • Part-time AM weekend package - work every weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) and get paid at time and a half for scheduled weekend shifts (6am-2pm)
  • Full-time PM (2pm-10pm)
  • Part-time NOC (10pm-6am)

Salary: $16.85- $20.92+/hour

  • Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
  • Monitor changes in Resident’s condition
  • Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.)
  • Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.


  • Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
  • To be considered for Care Center/TCU: Current Nursing Assistant Certification required or willingness to gain certification.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
  • Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
