Flagstone is seeking Full & Part-time Nursing Assistants ( Resident Assistant / CNA / HHA / Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide ) to join our team.

Available schedules in Assisted Living (CNA certification not required):

• Full-time 7am-2pm
• Full-time 6am-2pm
• Part-time 7am-2pm
• Part-time 7am-12pm (short shifts)
• Part-time 10pm-6am

Available schedules in Long Term Care:

• Full-time 6am-2pm (no weekends)
• Part-time 6am-2pm
• Part-time 2pm-10pm
• Part-time 10pm-6am (every other weekend only)

As part of a master-planned community offering senior housing, retail/commercial businesses, and market rate apartments, Flagstone is centrally located in Eden Prairie providing easy access to retail shops and dining while still close to nature with beautiful views of Purgatory Creek. Salary: $16.85- $20.92+/hour

This location is close to the following cities: Minnetonka, Edina, Bloomington, Savage & Chanhassen, MN.

• Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in Resident’s condition
• Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.)
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

• Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
• To work in the Care Center: CNA Certification required or willingness to gain certification. 
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
