Resident Assistant

Woodland Hill in Hudson, WI is hiring Full & Part-Time Resident Assistants to join the team. No experience necessary, we will train if you have a heart for the mission: To honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults. We are a people-centered org vs. profit-centered. You will receive training, a $2,000 hiring bonus if hired into a Full Time PM/Evening position which is considered 30 or more hours per week or a $500 hiring bonus if hired into a Part Time PM/Evening schedule which is considered anything less than 30 hours per week. We offer yearly pay increases as well as increases based on hours worked.

We are currently have:

• Part Time or Full Time AM in AL (6:30a-2:30p),
• Part Time or Full Time PM in AL (2:30p-10:30p),
• Part Time NOC in AL MC (10:30p-6:30a),
• A work on weekend (WOW) schedule. WOW schedules include working every weekend and your scheduled weekend shifts are paid at time and a half (1.5 x your base pay). We are currently looking for someone who wants to either work every weekend PM/Evening or NOC/Overnight and 
• Summer roles - apply if you have availability to be scheduled for training and then to start in your schedule.

Salary: $16.19- $18.95+/hour based on caregiver experience.

This community offers the following care options: Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Care, Care Center/Long Term Care and an on-site DaVita Dialysis Clinic.

• Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Certified Nursing Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in resident’s condition
• Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.)
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

• Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
• Nursing Assistant Certification required to work in Long Term Care – not certified? You can work in our Assisted Living!
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
