We are seeking Full-time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team at our Johanna Shores community for ALL shifts AM, PM & Overnights.

Salary: $17.85- $20.92+/hour


Work every weekend schedules available with premium pay!

  • Hours available for either AM or PM shifts on weekends.
  • Base pay available for weekdays starting at  $16  & TIME & A HALF base pay offered for working weekends for 6 months Non-Certified Nursing Assistants - starting at $25.00+ an hour or higher based on experience!
  • Required 16 hours per weekend and 6 month minimum commitment to weekend package hours
  • Can work double shifts Friday-Sunday to get to 4 -5 shifts weekly, or can add weekday shifts at their base rate for Full-Time benefit eligibility

  • Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
  • Monitor changes in Resident’s condition
  • Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.)
  • Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.


  • Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
  • To be considered for Care Center/TCU: Current Nursing Assistant Certification required or willingness to gain certification.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
  • Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
