We are seeking Full - Time and On-Call Certified Nursing Assistants to Join our Central Staffing Float Pool team.
• Full-time employees receive guaranteed pay and benefits.
• On-call employees would have the flexibility to work a minimum of 5 days per month
• Earn Premium Pay (extra $30 per shift on top of hourly wage)
• Mileage reimbursement
• Holidays are not required.
As a Nursing Assistant, your contributions play an important role in caring for the needs of older adults- including their physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual wellbeing. You are responsible for the provision of high-quality personal care and services to residents to support their Personally Designed Living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
In this position you may be working in Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory care, Care Center/Long Term Care, Long Term Care Memory Care and Transitional Care.
The Central Staffing Resident Assistant is responsible for the provision of high quality care and services to residents in a variety of PHS communities. As a Central Staffing Resident Assistant you are relied upon for providing vital staffing support to our nursing care teams. The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing care and services to support the choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
