Our Farmstead community is seeking a Full-time Cook to join our team! These positions include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays. Apply with us to learn more!

 

Located in Andover, MN, a northern Twin Cities suburb, this community was founded in 1998 on what was once a flourishing family farm. The original round barn built in the 19th century remains part of the campus; it is leased to an antique shop owner. A plethora of other stores and restaurants in the area make it easy for employees to run errands before or after work.

This community offers the following care options: Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care

Responsibilities

The Cook is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experience for customers by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a high school or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal food-handling regulations, including food service operations strongly desired.

  • Demonstrated compatibility PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
