Presbyterian Homes & Services Management division is seeking a Traveling Director of Nursing/Clinical Administrator for its corporate clinical team.This is a creative opportunity for an experienced clinical leader (RN) to work at the corporate level providing support for the clinical programs in PHS skilled nursing facilities.
This is a full time, benefit eligible position which includes regular travel to PHS sites in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

The Traveling Clinical Administrator is responsible for interim leadership of Clinical Departments in Care Centers. The position utilizes skills in planning, organizing, developing, evaluating and effectively directing the clinical staff and program on a temporary basis in order to ensure the ongoing delivery of high quality resident care and services consistent with regulations and PHS standards in the absence of a regular Clinical Administrator. In this role the Traveling Clinical Administrator may also be requested to serve as a Clinical Coordinator on occasion.
The Traveling Clinical Administrator has responsibility as an interim member of the site leadership team to participate in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure high quality resident care while achieving short term operational goals and objectives for the site.
