Presbyterian Homes & Services - Norris Square is expanding and with this growth is seeking a Full Time Facilities Engineer/Tech III to join our team. This position is a hands on engineering position responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
The Engineer/ Tech III reports to the Environmental Servces Director and is scheduled M-F. All Building Maintenance staff are scheduled in an on call rotation. This position is benefit eligible; medical, dental, life insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, accrual of paid time off and more.

Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices. Maintain an attractive campus appearance consistent with the PHS design intent. Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by the site leadership. Assignments may include; floor care, resident moves, remodeling, painting, building maintenance, customer requests, landscape care, snow removal, pools and other projects.
