    Presbyterian Homes & Services, Optage Primary Care division is seeking a Services Coordinator to join its Home Office team. 


    The Optage Services Coordinator will assist clinicians with clerical, environmental and organizational tasks in the Optage home office.

    The Optage Services Coordinator provides administrative assistance to a wide array of care providers in the primary care clinic setting or in the field in the residence of those served.  This position is responsible for delegated administrative activities inclusive of but not limited to: scheduling, document preparation and retrieval, consumer contact, and a wide variety of clerical and organizational tasks that maybe performed in the field or in our office setting. The public relations aspect of this position needs to reflect our commitment to a quality customer experience and meeting the needs of the providers.



    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • A minimum of one year of experience in a health care environment or related field such as customer service preferred.
    • Experience with the older adult or with engagement of multiple generations preferred.
    • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated knowledge of computer software applications, such as desktop publishing, project management, spreadsheets, and database management.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple task/projects and deadlines simultaneously and to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data, and strong attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Must have flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members, visitors, and the general public.
    • Must be a team player, willing to take directions and accept responsibility for meeting specified objectives.
    • Must understand the principles of administrative work and clerical functions.
    • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
    • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
