    Our Harmony River community is seeking Full & Part Time Servers / Dietary Aides / Dining Aides / Culinary Assistants to join their team!  In this position, your contributions play an important role in caring for older adults with their Dietary needs in addition to their emotional, social, mental and spiritual wellbeing.  You are a crucial member of the team in demonstrating care and compassion for our residents by providing a high quality dining experience.

    The warm and inviting communiity of Harmony River is located in western Minnesota and owned by Hutchinson Health and managed by Presbyterian Homes & Services.  There is a clear sense of comradery and community when you cross the threshold of this beautiful campus.  This community offers the following care options:  Assisted Living with Memory Care, Care Center/Long Term Care, Long Term Care with Memory Carey, Transitional Care/Rehab.


    The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.  Other duties as assigned.  


    • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS mission and operating philosophies.
    • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
