    Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Carondelet Village in St. Paul, MN. Currently hiring for: 

    1. A Full Time, .8, Day schedule in Long Term Care;
    2. A Part Time .6 Day schedule in Long Term Care;
    3. A Part Time .5 Overnight schedule in Long Term Care and
    4. A nurse with 1+ year/s of experience to join the On Call Team.
    • All set schedules include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

    Located on the campus of St. Catherine University, Carondelet Village offers an array of amenities and conveniences and connections to St. Paul's Highland Park area. Many restaurants and shopping areas are conveniently nearby for residents and employees to enjoy. The Carondelet community consists of assisted living, memory care and long-term care offered in partnership between the Sisters of St. Joseph and Presbyterian Homes & Services.

    Responsibilities

    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
    • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
    • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
