  • Overview

    Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team at Boutwells Landing in Oak Park Heights, MN. We are currently hiring for:

    1. A Part Time, .3, Day schedule in Long Term Care (every other Thurs, Fri, Sat);
    2. A Part Time, .2, Day/Evening in Transitional Care (1 Day shift & 1 Evening shift);
    3. A Part Time Overnight Supervisor (12 hour shifts; 4 shifts a month) and
    4. A nurse to join the Care Center On Call team (TCU/LTC). We are seeking nurses with 1+ years of experience.
    • These communities include Transitional (Short-Term) Care, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living and Memory Care.

    Most set schedules include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays (exclusions may include working in Assisted Living or Supervisor positions).

     

    Responsibilities

    The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. 

    Qualifications

    • Registered Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
    • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
    • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
