We are seeking Full & Part Time Trained Medication Assistants (TMA) to join our team at The Deerfield in New Richmond, WI. These positions may include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
As a Trained Medication Assistant, your contributions play an important role in caring for the needs of older adults with medication administration as well as overseeing their physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual wellbeing. You are responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support their Personally Designed Living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.

The Trained Medication Assistant is responsible for the provision of high quality care and services to Care Center residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. The Trained Medication Assistant administers medications and treatments under the direct supervision of a nurse and performs Resident Assistant responsibilities as assigned.
